Reporting to the Facilities & operations Manager you will be responsible for receiving, prioritising and responding to all preventative and reactive maintenance issues relating to both clinical and non-clinical services to the Hospice and the wider LOROS estate, with a particular focus on electrical work.
The successful candidate must have experience of working in a similar facilities management role, ideally with within a clinical setting however, training will be provided to the successful candidate. An appropriate electrical qualification is also required. You must be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written are essential, as is a good understanding of health and safety work practices. This role is demanding and requires someone with good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
