A rewarding opportunity to develop and lead the Philanthropy Team has arisen at this highly regarded local charity. This role is about showcasing the Hospice to potential donors, highlighting the exceptional work that we do and demonstrating the amazing impact people can make through supporting the Hospice. Reporting into the Fundraising Manager, you will work closely alongside LOROS’ Senior Management Committee, Director of Income Generation, Trustees and Project Leads throughout the organisation to develop a road map for high quality donor engagement, soliciting major gifts and promoting relationship longevity.
To be successful in this role you should have experience of identifying, cultivating and maintaining high quality supporter relationships and a proven track record of securing high level income from those relationships (five and six figure gifts), or strong, executive level business development experience. This role line manages a co-ordinator and researcher so strong management skills are also required.

£9.09 per hour plus enhancements are payable for weekend and Bank Holiday working
