We're delighted to announce the return of our enchanting LOROS Christmas Concert on Wednesday 17th December.
Join us as we celebrate the magic of the season with an unforgettable evening featuring the combined choirs of Simon Lubkowski. With 80 talented singers from four choirs returning to the stage, you can expect a truly spectacular experience.
Whether you are carrying on a tradition with loved ones or attending for the first time, you can expect to hear festive carols that will fill your heart with yuletide cheer and invite you to sing along. To make the evening even more special, we’ll be serving hot mulled wine and festive treats.
The LOROS Christmas Concert will take place at Leicester Cathedral, one of the city’s most beautiful and historical locations. Doors will open at 6.15pm, and the concert will start at 7pm.
LOROS is facing real financial pressure this year, with rising costs and fewer donations leaving us £2 million short. Sadly, this has meant reducing some of the care we provide — something we never imagined.

Important information
Long-stay car parks are available nearby at St Nicholas Circle NCP (next to the Holiday Inn, postcode LE1 4LF) and at the Highcross Shopping Centre (accessible from Vaughan Way, postcode LE1 4QJ).
If the weather turns chilly, the venue will be kept warm with underfloor heating.
About the musicians
Award-winning singer and musical director Simon Lubkowski presents a combined choir of some of his most talented singers; including Knighton Community Choir, Lux Acapella, Ratcliffe Chorale and The Pantones (Leicester LGBT Centre Choir).
