We are deeply saddened to hear today’s news that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has died. Her unprecedented 70 years on the throne, lifetime of dedication and duty is an example to us all. Our thoughts are with her family and indeed the people of the country at this difficult time.

LOROS is particularly proud to have recently been awarded a Platinum Jubilee award by the Queen’s representative in Leicestershire, the Lord Lieutenant.

We know that many people will be deeply upset by this news and it may compound existing grief or bereavement.
