Christmas at LOROS

Our annual Light Up a Life service offers a wonderful opportunity to take time out to remember and honour those who hold a special place in our hearts. In addition to the service, our magical Memory Light Trail is back from Thursday 5th to Wednesday 11th December. 

Celebrate the magic of the season at our enchanting LOROS Christmas Concert, sponsored by Wilson Browne, on Wednesday 18th December. You can expect an exciting programme of music, featuring the combined choirs of Simon Lubkowski.

Christmas Tree Recycling is back, and we’re here to save you the post-holiday headache. Have your real Christmas tree collected from your doorstep and recycled into eco-friendly bio-fuel. We’ll be collecting trees from Monday 6th to Wednesday 8th January 2025.

The perfect stocking filler, table decoration or ‘little something’ in a Christmas card. The festive robin design was created by a patient who was a gifted amateur artist who loved to draw from his bed on the inpatient ward. The cards can be purchased in any LOROS shop as well as online.

Christmas is a magical time and our online shop features a delightful selection of personalised gifts. Choose from a traditional red stocking, festive Christmas Eve mince pie board, or bauble decorations to celebrate a little one’s first Christmas. There’s also nutcrackers and inflatable Santas in selected shops.
