We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type. This information is statistical data about users' browsing actions and patterns, does not identify any individual.

LOROS recognise the importance of information accessibility and are committed to making sure this site is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

Our Privacy Policy tells you we do with your personal data when you use our services, donate to us, or visit us either in person or on our website.

LOROS is a registered charity and also a company limited by guarantee, with two wholly owned subsidiaries.

Everyone has the right to know what to expect when we collect your personal information. 

The policy of LOROS is that the rights of staff, patients and visitors to the Hospice, or individuals and groups who are visited by LOROS representatives, should not be jeopardised by any LOROS activity.

Under the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to know whether LOROS holds any data about you, and a right to request a copy of that personal data. This is called a Subject Access Request (SAR).
