Those working within Leicester Leicestershire & Rutland who are:
Registered Health care professionals
Support workers who have undertaken a Tier 1 Communication Skills training and are working at an advanced level in End of Life or Palliative Care

What will I learn from this course?
Build on existing communication skills and behaviours relevant to caring for patients and those important to them with palliative and end of life care needs
The importance of recognising individuals concerns when delivering person- centred care
