This session will explore how we can better understand and support neurodivergent individuals through compassionate, trauma-informed communication.

About the speaker

Kat Band is an Autistic mother with ADHD (AuDHD) and Director at Hoarding Disorders UK CIC. Kat is a passionate advocate for neurodivergent-friendly approaches, with extensive experience promoting inclusive, respectful communication and support across health and care environments.

This session will be relevant for anyone working with patients, families, colleagues or learners, and will offer practical insights to help us create more inclusive and supportive interactions in our everyday work.
