From the draw of 6th March 2026, the top weekly prize will change from £2,000 to £1,000, and the £200 prize will be removed. All other prizes — £150, £100, £50 and 50 x £10 — will stay exactly the same. This is not a decision we’ve taken lightly.
By making these adjustments to the lottery, we can protect more of ou vital care. In fact, this change will free up £62,400 every year to be spent directly on services for patients and families. For example, that alone is enough to fund our entire home-visiting volunteer service — a lifeline for so many people who rely on support in the comfort of their own homes. It also ensures our prize structure remains in line with most other hospice lotteries, which typically offer a top prize of £1,000 — and importantly, the opportunity to win the top prize will not change.
