Camilla Barrow, LOROS CEO, and Dr Usman Waris, LOROS ward doctor, spoke to Irfhanali Mururajani about hospice care, what it is and what it isn’t, on Ramadan FM on Saturday 21st February.
Irfhanali, whose mum was cared for at LOROS, is a great advocate for the hospice and has taken part in studies with the LOROS Centre for Excellence research team. Irfhan said: "I’m known as the LOROS guy within my community, which I’m very happy about. If I can help people get the support that my family enjoyed when they need it the most, then that’s perfect.”
