Safeguarding Adults Week 2025 is a time for organisations to come together to raise awareness of important safeguarding issues.
This year the focus is on prevention; we all know that we need to respond to instances of abuse or neglect but isn’t it much better to prevent it from happening in the first place?
As part of Safeguarding Adults Week, on Thursday 20th November the LOROS Social Work Team will be in the social area at the Hospice from 11:30am-2pm to talk all things safeguarding. Please come along to see our display and consider how we can all prevent abuse from happening.
