This October, LOROS Ambassador, Tony, is challenging himself to swim 21 miles, the equivalent of crossing the English Channel, in support of LOROS.
That's around 1,344 lengths of a standard 25 metre pool! Tony will spreading the distance of the swim out over the month to complete it.
Tony said: "It won't be easy at 77 years old - it will take time, commitment and a fair bit of stamina - but it's nothing compared to the daily challenges faced by those living with life-limiting illnesses and the families who support them."
