An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to work at our café, The Pavilion in Abbey Park.
In this role you will be required to deliver a profitable high-quality catering and hospitality service within the café. In addition, you will support the Café Manager in the development of new products, offers and seasonal menus.
You should possess as a minimum an NVQ level 1 in hospitality & catering and/or professional cooking or proven experience within a customer facing role. A passion for good customer service is essential as is excellent interpersonal skills.
You will support training and motivating a team to ensure high level of standards are maintained, whilst monitoring costs and sales to maximise the return from the site.
Managing food wastage and stock ordering.

Salary £31,049 - £37,796 (effective from 1 January 2026)
Full time/Part-time hours worked over a varied shift pattern covering days and nights including weekends and Bank Holidays.
Current NHS pension members can continue in the scheme under LOROS’ direction body status and NHS service will be taken into consideration in relation to
annual leave entitlement
