Salary - £11,271.00 per annum
15 hours per week worked over 2 days (on a Monday, Thursday or Friday)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated individual to support the Education Department to ensure an efficient and effective service.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to members of the Education & Training Department. You will organise and provide full administration for a range of education events, manage room and course booking processes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will be required to support clinical placement arrangements in addition to maintaining distribution lists and databases in compliance with data protection legislation.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral are essential, as are letter writing skills, accuracy and attention to detail. You should be proficient in Microsoft office packages and be familiar with the use of databases is desirable
