We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking individual to be responsible for the overall management and delivery of quality retail café and catering businesses.
As Retail Catering Manager you will create and implement a food and beverage business strategy which will include proposed retail and commercial opportunities as well as the profitability of the LOROS cafés. In addition, you will be required to review all processes to ensure we optimise the way we deliver a cost efficient and first class service to all of our service users.
A wealth of experience in a high standard catering establishment is essential as is implementing change, developing catering and hospitality services and a strong commercial acumen. You should have a passion for customer service, a can do will do attitude, and strong people management experience.

37 hours per week average, worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday
Salary £22,011 per annum
