A huge thank you to the members of Pins and Needles, a Burbage-based knitting group! They raised £500 for LOROS by making and selling items at their local community fair.
LOROS Fundraising Co-ordinator Clare Harwood said: "It was such a pleasure to meet with the ladies of Pins and Needles. They are such a talented bunch of ladies with a great passion for fundraising and have shown us that fundraising really can be enjoyable.
"The group meet for a few hours of crafting each week (and an occasional cherry bakewell!) and together they have raised £500 for patients and their families within their community. This is completely wonderful"
