Liliann Occasion Wear kicked off the Christmas season in style by organising a wonderful Christmas House at the Rectory.

Julie Wibberley – the owner of Liliann Occasion Wear very generously opened her beautiful house to host the most stunning Christmas stalls and shopping experience. With a big launch on Wednesday 8th November, the event remained open up to and including Remembrance Sunday, 11th November.

The amazing £6,825 they raised was split between two local Hospices, LOROS and Mary Ann Evans based in Nuneaton.

Magdalena Korytkowska, Partnership Development Lead at LOROS said: "Thank you so much for organising such a fantastic and very stylish ‘Christmas House’ event at your beautiful home.

"It was a real privilege to be chosen as one of your two beneficiary charities and also to be invited to join you on those exciting days. We all had a lovely time in the breathtaking surroundings spending some great time with your generous guests and stall holders.

"We would like to thank you for your kindness and generous donation of £3,412.50 towards the work of the Hospice. This is an absolutely fantastic gift for which we are very grateful. As always we are very appreciative and are proud to say that 91% of all money donated goes towards patient care.

"This amount is equivalent to the cost of one of our Specialist Nurses to care for our in-patients for nearly five weeks. You can see what a wonderful difference your donation has made to the care we provide."
