Their generosity has made a meaningful difference, not only through fundraising but also through their thoughtful and practical donations. Walker & Son set up a collection point for men’s clothing — something our LOROS shops are always in great need of — and we are so grateful for the response. They managed to fill several black bags with donations, helping to keep our shop shelves stocked and supporting the vital income our retail team generates.
In addition to this, Walker & Son have raised an amazing £4,000, which will go a long way in supporting essential services at LOROS. This generous contribution will help fund important programmes such as the CHANCE Club and our Bereavement Hubs for a year, ensuring that patients and their families continue to receive the compassionate care and support they need.
It is truly inspiring to see such commitment and kindness, and we are incredibly thankful for the difference Walker & Son are making. Their support highlights the power of community and what can be achieved when people come together to support a shared cause.
