LOROS has announced that its Peppercorns café in Anstey is closing with effect from 14th July 2023.
It is with sadness that we have reached this decision. The café has been a well-loved part of the Anstey community for many years, but has struggled in the current financial climate. Spiralling increases in food, drink and utility costs have hit the café hard.
Whilst LOROS is aware of the important role the café plays in the local community, it is sadly no longer profitable to run, and therefore is not a reliable source of income to support our care for patients and families.
Peppercorns in Abbey Park remains open and is not affected by this decision.
