A roarsome day!
On Saturday 8th July, over 700 walkers took to the streets of Leicester for LOROS Hospice’s annual Twilight Walk. Jungle-themed, the walkers were led by local boy and I’m a Celeb runner up Owen Warner, who fired the starting pistol, alongside his family and girlfriend, fellow Hollyoaks actor Jemma Donovan. The weather may have been stormy but the atmosphere was nothing but joyful as hundreds of people donned colourful costumes to walk 10k in memory of loved ones and raise money for LOROS.
We are delighted to share that we have currently raised over £33,000 which is still increasing. This will make a huge difference to our patients and their families.
