Just a quick reminder to please log into Bluestream and complete any outstanding mandatory training modules as soon as possible.

As part of our ongoing compliance with CQC standards, it’s essential that we maintain a minimum of 95–97% completion across all mandatory courses—with the ideal being 100%. At present, we are below this mark, so your attention to this is especially important.

This is not just a box-ticking exercise: mandatory training ensures we all stay informed, safe, and aligned with best practice in our roles.

CQC inspections do focus on mandatory training, and they assess our compliance both by course and by role. This includes all staff members, not just those in patient-facing roles—so if you work in our shops, cafés, offices, or in a support function, your training does still count to our CQC rating.  Modules such as safeguarding are role-specific and assessed by level, so it’s vital that each team member completes the training relevant to them.
