You may have seen a few weeks ago that Serge Pizzorno, lead singer of Kasabian, visited the Hospice!
Under his artistic alias Daft-apeth, Serge has designed a top-secret elephant for the Stomp Round Leicester art trail!
After a moving visit to the Hospice, meeting staff and patients from across services, Serge said: "I found it simply breathtaking. From the receptionists to the physios to the healthcare assistants, everyone works to make families feel cared and loved. They make the most difficult part of your life as easy as possible. It's one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen."
Serge was inspired to create his brilliant design as a heartfelt thank you for the incredible care both his and other families have received at LOROS.
His design will remain under wraps until the trail launches, but here's a sneak peek and some pictures from his visit!
