World Patient Safety Day is on Sunday 17th September and the theme this year is: ‘Engaging Patients for Patient Safety’ in recognition of the crucial role patients, families and carers play in the safety of healthcare. To coincide with World Patient Safety Day, a half day event hosted by the LLR ICB is taking place on Friday 15th September 1-4pm at the Salvation Army Leicester South Conference Centre.
