On Sunday 14th May, we were delighted to unveil the final artwork produced by young people during the 'Piecing it Together' project in line with Dying Matters Week.
The Piecing it Together project focused on openly talking about death, dying and bereavement with young people. Research has revealed that young people often felt that they were rarely asked about how death affects them and why dying matters to them. The aim of this project was to raise awareness of this and help young people to openly discuss death and the impacts that it has on them.
The final artwork looked amazing! This project is set to continue for another year, with lots more impressive artwork to come.
