37.5 hours per week – 5 days over 7 to include alternative Saturday. Weekend and Bank Holidays required at peak times.
We’re recruiting for a high performing Cafe Manager to help our business to continue to grow and succeed. Peppercorns café is a charity run café with all profits contributing to hospice care with Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
Whether you want a delicious hearty breakfast or freshly brewed coffee and a slice of cake, our Cafe is proud to serve the local community within the park. As the Cafe Manager, you will treat the business as your own by leading and empowering colleagues to always put the customer first and deliver outstanding customer service.
Previous cost control, budgeting setting and driving sales through displays and presentation is essential for this role. You must ensure that high standards are met at all times to adhere to all Food Hygiene, HACCP and allergen regulations are met.
You will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, coaching and developing a team of colleagues and volunteers to build a wider customer base.
