An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Administrator/Co-ordinator. This is a floating role and covers the CNS/MND/Lymphoedema/Day Hospice/Outpatients departments providing administrative support to our clinical teams. This role also includes working closely in conjunction with our colleagues in the Integrated Community Specialist Palliative Care Co-ordination Centre to ensure high quality, seamless & consistent patient care.
What We’re Looking For
In brief, we’re looking for a Clinical Administrator/Co-ordinator who can:
Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support
To act as a positive role model, maintaining and demonstrating a positive attitude towards Clients, their families, visitors and other staff
Ensure that effective communication and working relationship is maintained both within the hospice and between Funders and Commissioners, patients and relatives regarding admissions, meetings and any other queries
Attend meetings and document minutes
Manage the SystemOne clinical diary
Promote and ensure the good reputation of LOROS
