Roles & Responsibities

Reporting to the Facilities & Operations Manager you will be responsible for receiving, prioritising, and responding to all planned and reactive maintenance requests across the Hospice and wider LOROS estate, supporting both clinical and non-clinical services to the Hospice and the LOROS estate.

 

The successful candidate must have experience of working in a similar facilities management role, ideally with within a clinical or healthcare setting however, training will be provided to the successful candidate. 

 

You will demonstrate the ability to build and maintain effective working relationship with a range of internal teams and external contractors.  Excellent communication skills both oral and written are essential, as is a good understanding of health and safety work practices. 

 

This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, a positive and solution-focused approach, and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
