Job description

LOROS believes in treating the person not the illness. All our complementary treatments aim to make a person feel like an in individual who is valued, it is about enabling them to access everyday services like everyone else. People who feel good about themselves are stronger and more resilient.

We are looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist to deliver treatments including Facials/manicure/pedicures/make-up to patients & carers attending our Wellbeing Hub. All equipment is provided.

Key Duties

  • Deliver beauty treatments

  • Conduct product stock inventories

  • Maintain equipment and ensure the beautician suite is clean and tidy

  • Actively engage with day therapy and ward patients to explain the offer and encourage uptake of beauty services.

Essential Requirements

  • Recognised qualification & insurance in Beauty Therapy Level 2 or Level 3.

  • A successful DBS Check

Under the supervision and guidance of the Complementary Team Therapy Team you will provide short treatments to Day Therapy patients and staff.

We are looking for an experienced hairdresser for our patients that attend our Wellbeing Hub. All equipment is provided and there is also the salon situated in the Day Therapy Unit.
