What will you be doing?
You will be visiting schools/community groups to talk to children of different ages about LOROS and the support we provide
Talk about ways schools/community groups can fundraise and support LOROS
Help us to build connections locally with schools/community groups to arrange further talks/visits and expand our reach.
What personal qualities will you need?
· Friendly and approachable
· Any experience delivering short presentations would be great- but as long as you are confident speaking in front of a group!
· Be able to adapt and engage with different age groups
· Use plain English
· You will need your own transport
What will you get out of this?
· You will learn new skills and meet new friends
· Be a huge part of inspiring the next generation about what a hospice is and how to support local charities
· Make a difference to our fundraising needs to ensure vital hospice services are available.

How will we support you?
We will provide you with reasonable travel expenses and ensure you receive one to one support.
Essential Requirements
Over 18 years of age
A successful Enhanced DBS Check as you will be working in a school environment.
