On Friday 23rd May, LOROS was presented with a cheque for £1,874, from the Syston and District Skittle League. The cheque was presented at the League’s annual presentation evening and was accepted by Diane Morris, Fundraising Manager at LOROS.
Diane said, "We are delighted that the Syston and District Skittle League continue to support LOROS. We have been their chosen charity since 2003 and they have raised a fantastic £14,291 so far.
The money raised will help us continue to develop LOROS as a place of care and support for terminally ill patients, their families and carers from across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland."
