Musicians are being sought for an open-mic event being held in the Harborough area in the summer.

Harborough woman Eleanor Shepherd, of Stage by Stage Events, is organising the Open Mic Festival at The Swan Inn pub in Braybrooke on August 16 to raise money for Leicester hospice charity LOROS.

Eleanor said: “ It will be a great evening and we are looking for performers to hit the open mic stage.”

Stage by Stage Events is a non-profit voluntary organisation which puts on events to raise funds or awareness for local charity or community groups.
