Alan Benton, a local artist and member of Visage Art Group, has painted 24 pictures in 24 hours to raise funds for LOROS.
Held at Tesco in Ashby De La Zouch, the Paintathon, using acrylic paints, proved hugely successful and Alan raised £741.
The coloured shapes are for a stained glass window.
A selection of the paintings will be on sale during the Hospice Open Day on the 14th October.
The money that Alan (supported by Vicky) has raised so far could pay for the cost of one of our specialist nurses for almost a week.
