A big, big shout out to the ladies who worked so hard organising an afternoon tea at Oadby Tennis Club once again this year.
Abigail Jarrom, Fundraising Co-ordinator at LOROS, said: "I spent a lovely hour at the Club which had been beautifully decorated for the occasion.
"More than 80 ladies attended the event and judging from the great feedback received from their supporters, it was another very successful day.
"The ladies managed to secure fantastic donations from local businesses which they used to create some very sought after hamper prizes for their raffle.
"I would like to thank everyone who organised the event and all the visitors who were so generous with their donations in support of LOROS; I'm sure the would love to know that the money could pay for the cost of one of our specialist nurses for almost two weeks."
