Here’s your chance to take on a brand-new, heavy-hitting edition of the much-loved LOROS quiz: The LOROS Weights and Measurements Quiz 2026.
This quiz is packed to the brim with 55 questions themed around weights and measurements. Whether you’re good at going the extra mile, thinking outside the box, or measuring up under pressure, this quiz promises to tip the scales in favour of fun!
You won’t need a degree in gravity or a ruler at the ready, but you may need to stretch your mind, inch by inch, and pound through the clues. Every answer carries weight, and the competition is sure to be a game of fine margins!
Here's how it works
You can enter the quiz using the traditional paper quiz sheet which can be purchased in any of the LOROS shops. Or choose to download and print your quiz at home by using the online form below.
The quiz is organised by our very own quiz master and volunteer, Jenny Burton. Jenny launched her first LOROS quiz back in Autumn 2001, and the quizzes are now in their 25th triumphant year, a true milestone worth measuring!
A message from Jenny:
“After 25 years as a quizmaster, and with your amazing support raising over £100,000 for LOROS, I’ve decided that this will be my last quiz. It started with a suggestion by me to do one quiz and somehow escalated to this! I would like to thank everyone who has supported me by either selling quizzes for me, or buying (and hopefully enjoying them). It’s been great to meet so many of you when we have been out in the community.”
The last quiz, themed around summer holidays, raised a record-breaking £2,894.51, really setting the bar high. In total, these quizzes have now weighed in at an incredible £105,641.90 raised for LOROS. What a massive achievement!
