Competition dates Saturday 2nd September to Saturday 23rd September (4pm)
All entrants must enter by returning their colouring sheet to any LOROS shop, with the details on the reverse of the colouring sheet fully completed
One entry per person
One winner will be selected by LOROS, and contacted by Friday 6th October. The winner must reply within 4 weeks of this date to claim their prize
The winner will receive a £25 charity gift card voucher- no cash alternative available
We’d like to tell you more about our care for patients and their families, as well as how we spend our donations and updates on our work. We'll do this by post, but if you'd like to receive such updates via email, phone call or text message please tick the relevant boxes on the colouring sheet

We may still need to contact you regarding your competition entry. The winner will be contacted by the email or telephone provided and we will then ask for an address to send the gift card to you
