I am thrilled to share some wonderful news from the HR Team!
Emma Gilliver has been awarded Chartered Member status of the professional body for HR, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Chartered Member status means Emma has built on her existing BA Hons and Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management with her career experience to demonstrate the high and exacting standards expected of an HR Professional. Following the ‘experience assessment’ route required Emma to explain and define her experience and competence in HR, which was then assessed by the CIPD against their framework for knowledge and behaviours across the key areas of people, work and change.
Confirmation of the status was received in June, and Emma can now use the designation ‘MCIPD’ after her name to show her status as a Chartered Member.
