Our Hospice User Group (HUG) have co-produced some guidelines on staff and recruitment selection for senior clinical posts.
The experience and expertise of our HUG members is valued and we wish to strengthen the patient and carer voice in the recruitment of key staff members. This will help to ensure that the right candidate is selected to uphold our values.
