PDRs (Objective Review and Setting)- These are now in full swing. You have until the end of June to complete your PDR with your manager.
Study leave requests- New study leave request forms are now in your unicorn profile. You have three forms added automatically. If you need more please give me a shout. Please note you should complete a study leave request form for any training that you wish to attend (except mandatory training sessions). If you are unsure please give me a call to check.
Dementia awareness training – Just a quick reminder that we are all now required to complete mandatory Dementia Awareness Training. The deadline for completion of this activity was 31st March 2024. The compliance rate for this activity is currently at 79%. That’s 364 members of staff who have completed this learning but 94 members of staff who haven’t completed it. It should only take you approximately 30 minutes to complete so please complete it as soon as possible.
