As you will be aware, no two days are the same in Charity Retail and we are looking for those who are committed to making a real difference. You will need to have experience of delivering excellent customer service. People management skills are essential for both roles as you will be leading a team of staff and volunteers; and will be working alongside each other.
You will be responsible for maximising profits by accepting, sorting and displaying donations to a high visual standard, and ensuring all customers receive an outstanding shopping experience.
