A woman is planning a tandem skydive for charity to mark her 21st birthday.

Emily Burrows will be doing the skydive on April 10 and aims to raise at least £500 for the LOROS hospice.

Two years a go she did the Leicester half-marathon to raise cash for the hospice. She said, "This time I decided to raise the stakes. I'm petrified of heights and I've never been on a plane before in my life, so it really will be a major challenge.
