Alan Birchenall is hoping to celebrate 40 years of being involved with the club by raising money for the Foxes Foundation One in a Million campaign.

The campaign was set up to try to raise the final £150,000 to push the total raised by the Birch over the £1 million mark.

Feast India, in Melton Road, Rushey Mead, Leicester, is hosting an all-you-can-eat buffet evening on Tuesday, May 1, with sittings from 7pm to 9pm and 9pm to 11pm. It costs £14.95 or £7.95 for children.

The Birch said: "I would like to say a huge thank you to Feast India for their support."

All profits from the evening will go towards the One In A Million campaign, which raises cash for LOROS, UK Leicestershire & Rutland, Leicester Children's Hospital, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance, Prostaid, Rainbows, Royal Anglian Regiment Benevolent Fund, which is the Lord Mayor of Leicester's appeal, The Harley Staples Cancer Trust, Vista and Wishes 4 Kids.

To book a table, call Feast India on 0116 258 2590, quoting One In A Million Event.

To make a donation to the One In A Million campaign, text LCFC33 £1, or the amount you want to donate, to 70070.
