Hamish, Georgia, Olivia, Laila, Jim and Tommy in Year 8 held a raffle in aid of LOROS.
Amelia Brookshaw (8E) won the prize of a ride in Jim Beaty’s father’s plane and had a wonderful day up in the clouds.
They managed to raise a grand total of £347.13.
Staff at LOROS Hospice – including nurses on the inpatient ward – swapped their uniforms for pyjamas yesterday, as part of a fundraiser celebrating the launch of a new charity sleepwear range.
40 giant elephants from LOROS Hospice’s Stomp Round Leicester art trail were auctioned off last night, raising a mammoth £286,800 for the charity.
