Leicester Hospice, LOROS was brightened up as a dazzling array of Golden BMWs arrived in town celebrating the greatest show on earth, the London 2012 Olympic Games. As Britain prepares for a gold rush of medals this summer the Golden BMW convoy has been giving the people of Leicester the opportunity to win tickets to the Games.

LOROS and the Golden BMWs teamed up to give three patents a rare opportunity to ride in the Golden BMWs on Sunday morning. First off was David Rose who was taken to church and then Shirley Day and Margret Vesty were brought to the local BMW dealership for an Olympic event. The LOROS Lottery team greeted the patients, as well as members of the Amateur Swimming Association who recently won the LOROS Lottery!

To be in with a chance of winning tickets to the Games, passers-by simply need to Spot the car, Snap a picture and Share it via twitter (#GoldenBMW), facebook, email or the BMW website (www.bmw.co.uk/gold). Each day one lucky person will win a pair of London 2012 tickets. There is also chance to win our ‘golden Prize’, a BMW for a whole year by entering our second competition online!

We have really enjoyed working with LOROS team, who all did an outstanding job pulling this all together at such short notice.

Many thanks from all of the Golden BMW Team.
