LOROS are delighted to announce that Braunstone Gate’s newest retailer, supermarket giant, Tesco have agreed to help raise funds for the Leicestershire hospice by allowing a team of volunteers to pack bags for their customers.

LOROS are extremely privileged to receive support from local businesses who help throughout the year by sponsoring events, and providing financial support.

LOROS fundraiser, Bernadette Fenn said, “In building these types of relationships and working together we can ensure that our hospice is here for future generations within Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We are extremely grateful to Tesco for giving us this opportunity. Bag packing raises a considerable amount of money for our charity and I have a fantastic team of experienced volunteers who are looking forward to packing the Tesco customers’ bags. Previously LOROS have successfully bag packed for M&S Fosse Park and Morrisons who continue to provide support to our hospice for which we are very grateful."

Tesco Community Champion for Narborough Road said "We are very pleased to be working with local charities like LOROS. This is hopefully the first of many initiatives working with the local community."

If you are interested in helping to raise funds for LOROS and would like to be involved in the bag packing team please contact LOROS fundraising on 0116 2318431.
