A Hallowe'en event organised by Leicestershire law firm Edward Hands and Lewis raised £200 for LOROS hospice.
Staff and partners dressed up in memory of Marian Harding, a receptionistat the firm for many years. Marian, who died recently, received care from LOROS while ill.
This September marks LOROS’ 40th birthday since it first opened its doors in 1985.
They say elephants never forget. Now LOROS is keeping that promise with its Remember Me elephant. The mammoth elephant is the work of local artist Anna Shutt, who was inspired by looking through photograph albums of relatives.
LOROS Hospice is pleased to confirm it will receive a share of the Government’s recently announced £75 million capital fund for hospices in England.
