Hospice staff a credit to LOROS

Last week we had to visit LOROS.

We had a family member who was very poorly. On entering the building we were greeted with smiling staff, but not silly or over the top.

Our patient had a side ward, this was private and what we needed. The room itself was very clean and bright. As good as any five-star hotel and with care second to none. The staff were all helpful and obliging.

Our patient finally lost her fight against life and once more they couldn't do enough. They carried out their business with great dignity. They included us at all times, telling us what was happening and couldn't do enough.

We will be eternally grateful to these people. So thank you LOROS, you've got it spot on.

Not enough is published about this place.

Nicola Whitsey, Anstey.
