A charity workout to Irish music will help raise cash for LOROS hospice.

To mark St Patrick's Day, which is on March 17, the Irish-themed workout will be held at the RWL Gym in Barkby Road, Thurmaston, the day before on the Saturday.

People taking part will be invited to wear their silliest hats and the £5 entry fee will be donated to the hospice.
