LOROS Music in the Park at Wistow

The very successful annual event in the beautiful grounds of Wistow Hall is being held on Saturday 1st June 2013.

Bring your own picnic to eat throughout a wonderful evening of music from the talented Junction 21, an 18 piece swing band, and popular songs and flag waving to “The Last Night of the Proms” by the award winning all female brass band “Boobs & Brass”. The finale music is accompanied by a fabulous firework display in front of Wistow Hall.

The event is organised by the Rotary Club of Wigston and is staged in the grounds of Wistow Hall with kind permission of the Brooks family.

The profits from the event will be going to LOROS, the Leicestershire and Rutland Hospice, and the Prince’s Trust.

The event is for all ages and families are asked to bring their own picnic rugs, tables and chairs.

Hot drinks and snacks will be available from the LOROS Wigston Support Group stall throughout the evening.

Gates open 5.30pm. Music starts 7.30pm and the Finale and Grand Firework Display at 10pm. Advanced tickets are a bargain at only £12.50. 12-16yrs £5.00 and under 12’s free.

On the night they will be £15.00. There is free on site car parking.
