The Hinckley 5k and Fun Run Mile invites runners to take to the streets of Hinckley on Wednesday 19th June for the annual town centre run. There will be two races to choose from, the one mile fun run which encourages fancy dress runners, as well as the 5km race encouraging community and club runners alike to take to the streets.
LOROS Fundraiser, Christian Weikert-Picker said: “These events are great for the community to stay fit and active but also they help to raise the funds for the services at the hospice. With the fun runners raising their own sponsorship they help to maintain the high level of care to local patients and their families.”
HRC Head Coach, Dave Masser said: “I am delighted that we continue our support to this local charity event. I know the wonderful work that LOROS does and it has to raise over 60 per cent of its funding to sustain the services. Our thanks go to the generosity of all our runners who help to make the event a success.
