Families remembered dearly departed dads and other loved ones on Father's Day by tying brightly-coloured ribbons to memorial trees.
The LOROS hospice garden, in Groby Road, Leicester, was awash with colours of the rainbow at the Colour of Ribbons event.
Hundreds of visitors gathered at the hospice to remember loved ones who had spent their last days in its care.
They included sisters Tyler Hughes, 17, Yasmin Instrell, six, and Kayleigh Instrell, nine.
The girls, from Rowley Fields, Leicester, tied pink ribbons to the trees in memory of their nan, Mary Foxon, who died in 2010, aged 55.
Mum Sam Instrell said: "It was such a lovely event. Many people were there to remember dads on Father's Day but it was really to remember all loved ones.
"You chose a colour for your ribbon before buying it which represents your loved one's personality, and the girls chose pink for their nana.
"My mum was given the most amazing care by staff and we want to support the hospice so they can offer other people the same."
Funds were also raised by a cake stall featuring more than 300 Coronation fairy cakes donated by Fiona Cairns, from Fleckney, who baked the royal wedding cake for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
